Blossom has always sounded to me like a lovely place to go and listen to live music. I’ve never been there, but I imagine a venue filled with flowers somehow. The show this night opened with a surprise acapella Strawberry Fields Forever, sung with apparent joy and mirth by our own fab four showing off their best barbershop skills. Fun fact: when I’m giving my name over the phone (Ellen Fields), I usually say “Fields, like Strawberry Fields Forever”. Sadly, sometimes I’m talking to someone SO young they don’t know what I’m referring to. Maybe Phish can change that.
Anyway, here’s my artistic interpretation of that magical night in the field at Cuyahoga Falls.
